Life's Box of Chocolates
"Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."
Life happens every day, and at times it can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or deeply painful. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and healing journeys. I provide individual and couples therapy for older teens through mature adults, supporting clients through stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic or life-altering illness.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and deeply relational. I focus on supporting your well-being mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally, recognizing that these areas are deeply interconnected with physical health and overall quality of life. Faith and spirituality can be powerful sources of strength, meaning, and healing, and when desired, I thoughtfully integrate spiritual principles into therapy to support deeper emotional restoration and personal growth. Whether your faith is central to your identity or you are exploring your spiritual path, therapy can offer a space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with purpose.
Trauma-informed care is a central component of my work. I understand how trauma—whether from childhood experiences, relational wounds, loss, betrayal, illness, or life-altering events—can shape emotions, relationships, and one’s sense of self. I strive to create a safe, calm, and judgment-free environment where clients can process their experiences at their own pace, regain emotional stability, and rebuild trust in themselves and others. Healing from trauma is not about erasing the past, but about reclaiming your voice, strength, and capacity for connection.
In my work with couples, I focus on helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, restore emotional intimacy, and navigate the complexities of connection, conflict, and change. I support couples who are seeking to heal and grow, as well as those navigating separation, divorce, and relationship endings. Whether your goal is restoration, clarity, peaceful closure, or co-parenting support, therapy can provide guidance, insight, and emotional grounding during times of relational transition.
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation. I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this work, and I am humbled to be part of your healing process. Together, we will work toward creating balance, emotional wellness, deeper connection, and a renewed sense of purpose and hope.
